Tropical Peruvian Smoothie

Living in Africa, I had the priviledge to eat tropical fruit smoothies made with 4 ingredients plus Maca and Ginger are the perfect quick breakfast or healthy snack.  Healthy smoothies can make an excellent addition to a healthy diet.

2 cups pineapple juice
1 whole mango
1 whole papaya
1 banana
2 Tbsp maca
1 Tsp ginger
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.  Sprinkle with shredded coconuts.

I could eat mango and papaya everyday.

* Maca is potent ancient Peruvian superfood to increase stamina, boost libido and combat fatigue. Maca is added for an energy and mood boost.

Mango, Raspberry Smoothie

1/2 cup fresh mango juice 1/3 cup fresh raspberry juice 2 large organic bananas 1 tbsp maca powder 1 tsp mango pulp 1 tsp raspberry pulp Blend until creamy

Grapefruit Smoothie

1/3 cup fresh pineapple juice 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice 3 tbsp strawberry juice 1 tbsp Hemp seed 1 banana Blend until creamy

Tropical Smoothie

1/2 cup fresh strawberry juice 3/4 cup pineapple juice 3 large bananas 1 tbsp Maca powder 1 tsp strawberry pulp 1 tsp pineapple pulp Blend until creamy
