Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Just the other day, I was telling my son, Jordan that when I was a little girl and lived in the DR Congo, I ate Mango, Banana, Papaya and pineapple either cut up in small pieces or as a fruit smoothie, no meat, just the tropical fruits, chocolate, and eggs.  Fresh juice is living water filled with minerals for electrical conductivity and rich in the gases of oxygen and hydrogen to purify your blood.

Ingredients

2 cups of pineapple juice
1 mango
1 banana
1/2 cup papaya

Variation: add cacao or even coconut juice or coconut milk

Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Serves 3

  • Banana’s when it ripens, the starch turns into sugar.
  • Pineapples should be picked when ripe because they do not continue to ripen once removed from the plant.
