I am so obsessed with Medjool dates (large dates), and you can use them in so many ways.

Smoothie With Dates
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp of date nectar or use 2-3 fresh Medjool dates
1 glass of homemade almond milk
1/4 of tsp of vanilla powder
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tsp of ginger
Blend all together. Happy smoothie!
