There are different yoga forms:

Hatha-The form most often associated with yoga, it combines a series of basic movements with breathing.
Vinyasa-A series of poses that flow smoothly into one another.
Power-A faster, higher-intensity practice that builds muscle.
Ashtanga-A series of poses, combined with a special breathing technique.
Vikram-Also known as “hot yoga,” it’s a series of 26 challenging poses performed in a room heated to a high temperature.
Iyengar-A type of yoga that uses props like blocks, straps, and chairs to help you move your body into the proper alignment.
Kundalini Yoga and Mediation-Overcoming Negativity, Stress, and Anxiety with sound current.

Yoga is not a competition, just focus on your own practice and don’t compare yourself to other people.

For your smoothie (using in season fruits)

1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 Orange, peeled
1 Mango, peeled
1 Peach, peeled
2 medium size carrots, scrubbed and chopped
1 1/2 Cup  Coconut milk
sprinkle Hemp seeds

Blend and off you go to your yoga class at the beach, at the park or indoor.
