For your smoothie (using in season fruits)
1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 Orange, peeled
1 Mango, peeled
1 Peach, peeled
2 medium size carrots, scrubbed and chopped
1 1/2 Cup Coconut milk
sprinkle Hemp seeds
Blend and off you go to your yoga class at the beach, at the park or indoor.
