3 Reasons Drink Warm Water, Lemon, and Spices

Every morning, I drink a cup of Warm Water, Lemon, ginger, turmeric, and honey

You’ve heard this before “never leave home without your wallet”, well every morning, I never leave home without drinking a cup of Hot water, lemon, honey, ginger, and turmeric.

A. Juice of a half lemon The health benefits of lemons are due to its many nourishing elements like vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin A, vitamin E, folate, niacin thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, copper, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus and protein.
B. 1/2 tsp of ginger (fresh or powdered organic certified) According to the medical field, ginger decreases the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, promoting a healthy complexion and hair, increased energy and overall lower weight. If you research it, you will find so much about Ginger.
C. 1/4 tsp of Turmeric According to WebMD Turmeric is used for arthritis, heartburn (dyspepsia), joint pain, stomach pain, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, bypass surgery, hemorrhage, diarrhea, intestinal gas, stomach bloating, loss of appetite, jaundice, liver problems, Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, stomach ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gallbladder disorders, high cholesterol, a skin condition called lichen planus, skin inflammation from radiation treatment, and fatigue.……..Studies have shown it can help with inflammation, depression, arthritis and diabetes, and there is even some evidence that it might help fight cancer.
1/2 tsp of Honey 
Love it.

Lemon juice and water used first thing in the morning will increase digestive juices, tone up the system, and cleanse and decongest the liver.

German and English physicians researched the use of lemons, and in addition to their discovering that lemon juice controls scurvy, they concluded that lemons should be used everyday to prolong life.

Instructions how to preserve lemons

Slice lemons into quarters, almost cutting all the way through

Pack coarse salt into the lemon

Stick lemons in to a jar until full

Sterilized your mason jar

Leave it into the jar for 4-5 days at room temperature.  The salt will draw liquid out of the lemons, and at the end of five days, pour fresh squeezed lemons juice into the jar to cover whatever lemon remains above the liquid line.  Safety to eat for months.

To use, rinse each lemon, as it is needed, under cold running water and peel the flesh right out now you have a soft rhine slice it up in small pieces and serve it with fish, couscous…… It’s at the same time, sour and sweet.
