The definition of Health is the state of being free from illness or injury.  Healthy Organic Food should be your number one, priority expense and when you do, your body, your skin, and soul will glow with health that gives you endless energy.  Our health is not just about food, it is also about the air we breath.

Azaleas, this plant can help filter the air in your home and neutralize the toxic chemicals released.

Aloe Vera plant, this single plant has the same capacity as nine air-purifying plants. It absorbs the carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide.

Weeping figs, they eliminate formaldehyde from the air. Don’t keep weeping figs if you have small children or pets, because their leaves are poisonous.

Lilies keep lilies in order to remove chemicals like formaldehyde and trichloroethylene. And this plant removes mold spore from the air.  Do not ingest this plant.

Bamboo Palm, is great next to a piece of furniture and it may be prone to releasing formaldehyde, another toxin.

Rudolf Breuss was a healer from Austria, an educated man who had an incredible understanding of, and love for, his fellow human beings. Born in 1899, he devoted his life to finding an alternative cancer treatment. Breuss claimed that since 1950 he has successfully treated more than 2000 patients. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them all well.

Olive oil I remember when I lived in Cyprus with my mum and I had an ear ache and infections, she would take 1 tsp GARLIC, chopped and 1/2 cup OLIVE OIL  put everything in a jar on light place, but not direct on the sun for about 24 to 48 hours.  After the 24-48 hours take the jar from the light place and strain the mixture, store in a cool and dark place.  Put a few drops of oil on the painful ear and stay in that position 5-10 minutes.

1. Colds
According to a study published in the journal Chest, grandma’s chicken soup may indeed contain a number of substances with mild anti-inflammatory properties which could help reduce the symptoms of colds. In addition, the soup’s heat can help reduce congestion by loosening mucus.

2. Sore throats
Grandma was right: Salt water can relieve sore throats, according to the Mayo Clinic. Also, a study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that gargling salt water can even help prevent upper respiratory tract infections.

3. Burns
Grandma always had fresh milk in her kitchen to help treat burns. “Milk proteins have anti-inflammatory action,” says Arielle Kauvar, director of the New York Laser & Skin Care company and a clinical dermatology professor at the New York University School of Medicine. She advises burn patients to “Soak a towel in a bowl with a mixture of equal amount of milk and water. Touch the compresses in the area for 10-15 minutes.”
