Coconut Chocolate Energy Balls
I love making coconut chocolate energy balls, it’s fast, easy and healthy . I am dedicating these Chocolate Coconut Energy Balls to Neka, my grand-daughter.
Chocolate Energy balls – topped with grated coconut .
1/4 cup hemp seed
1/2 cup cacao organic powder
2 Tablespoons Spirulina
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
3 Tablespoons raw honey
2 Tablespoons Maca powder
pinch of Sea salt
A few drops vanilla extract
Use your hands to knead the mixture until it is all mixed together. Roll into balls with your hands by using wax paper. Lastly roll them again with graded coconut, place them in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Great on the go to school or work.
