I remember when we use to live in the Congo for diner my parents made an omelette served with different type of cheeses, fruits, like figs, dates, grapes, mangoes, papaya. crackers, carrots, nuts, salami….. Simple and delicious. No need to make an extravagant meal.

I love a cheese platter serve with fresh or dry fruits and nuts. Several of my favorite cheeses is Camembert, Feta, Gruyere, and Halloumi cheese. Serve gruyere cheese with chocolate is amazing.
