Breakfast Oats Overnight 8 ways, it’s easy, and because it is simple. It is about building your own breakfast oats using your own healthy ingredients.
Ingredients
1 banana smutched
1/2 cup of oats
3 tbsp almond butter
1/3 cup of almond milk or hemp milk
refrigerate overnight
next morning add on top
1 orange peeled and cut up
sprinkle hemp seeds and chia seeds
walnuts chopped
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp Maca powder
1/3 cup almond milk
refrigerate overnight
next morning add on top
Berries, strawberries, blueberries, and chopped almonds

Ingredients
1 carrot grated
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1/4 cup yogurt
A pinch cinnamon
1/2 cup almond milk or hemp seeds
Refrigerate overnight
next morning add on top
Shredded coconut, raisins, walnuts, and cut up avocado
Ingredients

1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp baboab powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup almond milk or hemp milk
refrigerate overnight
The next morning add on top
Figs, strawberries, chocolate chips, and a piece of your favorite dark chocolate

Breakfast Oats with Turmeric
Working with elderly ladies, I found that is so hard to find healthy breakfast meals for one person. When your older you eat less, Plus less is good overall for any age. Enclosed for one person 4 additional breakfast oats overnight recipes. Delicious for any age!
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extra
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 coconut milk, I use unsweetened CALIFIA FARMS
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Dash of Pepper and Salt
- Mix well
Use a small mason jar, Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator, and the next day, add blackberries or grapes on top. Yummy!

Breakfast Oats With Papaya
- 1/2 cup crushed Papaya, Mango or Pineapple
- 1 tbsp coconut shredded
- 1/2 cup coconut Yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extra
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- Mix well
Use a small mason jar. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator, and the next day
add shredded coconut, or additional cut up papaya or mango.
I use Blood oranges red pigment anthocyanin
is an antioxidant fruit. Yummy!

Breakfast Oats with Fresh Plums
- 1/2 cup plums or any fruit of your choice mashed and diced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extra
- 1/4 tsp almond extra
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup oats
- Mix well
Use a small mason. Leave it overnight in the refrigerator, then the next day add on top raspberries or dice plums. Yummy!
Breakfast Oats with Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter, more if needed
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extra
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup milk coconut
- 1/2 cup roll oats
- Mix well
Use a mason Jar, refrigerate overnight. The next day add chocolate chips, or coconut
flakes, serve with a cup of tea, British style.
It's so Yummy!
