So many recipes, but what is it that we need to create our grocery list to always have in our pantry so that we don’t keep going to the grocery store like making tahini sauce, hummus, energy balls, stuff tomatoes, rice soup,  a buddha bowl, mezze, and so on…….Design your grocery list with me in a handmade Leather Journal or use it to write your story, we all have a story to tell and recipes to write.

Tahini Sauce is great to serve with pita bread, vegetables, and your buddha bowl.

Tahini Sauce or Hummus

If you love Tahini Sauce, then this is what you need to always have in your kitchen cabinet:

4 ways to make Tahini Sauce
Extra Virgin Olive oil
A Jar of Sesame Tahini
Nutritional Yeast
Red pepper flakes
brad’s liquid amino
Ground ginger
maple syrup
ground cumin

If you want to make HUMMUS, ADD

15oz can Organic Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
Pine nuts
Fresh parsley or fresh mint

Energy Balls

What you need to have to make Energy Balls

Assorted energy balls covered with cacao powder and hazelnuts

Old Fashion Oats
Medjool Dates
Dark chocolate chip
vanilla extract
Maple syrup
Almond butter
Chlorella powder
Coconut Nectar and cacao powder

Buddha Bowl

What do you need to make Buddha bowl

Quinoa, couscous, soba noodle or rice
extra virgin oil
1-15 oz can of Chickpeas
1-15 oz can of red beans (optional)
sweet potatoes

Roasted kale | Bowled egg | Fruit of your choice example Mango, papaya, apple, kiwi, banana…

Be creative using your favorite ingredients.  Cheers!

For Breakfast

7 oz Frozen Acai | Mix Frozen Fruits | Banana | Granola | Berries | Figs (optional)
( In a food processor break the frozen acai into chunks, add frozen fruits, and a banana) Sprinkle with granola, blueberries, strawberries.
You can also design your own buddha bowl using your favorite ingredients.


The ingredients you need to make Pasta

Soba box, or angel hair pasta
Cashews or Pine nuts
A bunch of Cilantro
A bunch of Parsley
A bunch of basil
A bunch of Oregano leaves
A bunch of basil leaves
Red pepper flakes
2 1/2 Pound Red Roma Tomatoes (peeled and cut in quarters)
Parmigiano Reggiano or grated Halloumi cheese from Cyprus

Spaghetti bolognese – traditional italian pasta

add additional ingredients for Spaghetti Bognolese
I am not crazy about meat but this is what you need:
1/2 pound ground round meat
1/2 pound ground pork
2 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 small onion, finely chopped or grated
1 large carrot graded
Sprinkle dried Oregano, Thyme, basil, and Rosemary
1 cup red wine

3  beets | 1 yellow onion | toasted sunflower seeds or pistachio | 1 lemon juice | 1/2 bunch raw watercress | Greek yogurt

Dandelion Salad

1 bunch of dandelion
5 scalions 
 Pine Nuts 
red pepper flakes, or cayenne pepper (in your pantry)
Salt (in your pantry)
Pepper (in your pantry)
4 to 5 Tbsp extra virgin Olive oil (in your pantry)
Greek plain Yogurt- or you could use Tzaziki 
Feta Cheese 
Cherry Plum Tomatoes 
Pita bread

Stone Age bread.

2 cups raw Mixed nuts of your choice
1 cup flax seeds
3 cups raw seeds of your choice

Yeast free bread

Chickpea floour
Almond flour
flaxseed meal
raw apple cider vinegar
sliced almons toasted
baking soda
nondairy milk like hemp seeds
